Bio

A lifelong mover whose healing path became her life’s work.

Aly began as a break dancer and athlete, then spent years surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, traveling, and teaching. After moving through injuries and the healing work that followed, yoga became the place where physical practice, inner steadiness, and meaningful service met.

  • Teaching yoga and dance around the world for more than 17 years
  • Leading 200-hour trainings, workshops, retreats, and online courses
  • Bringing playfulness, lightness, and reverence for tradition into the room

What shapes her approach

Clear teaching, real warmth, and deep respect for the nervous system.

Aly blends strong foundations with a very human style of care. She helps students build confidence without performing, and meets massage clients without rushing their experience.

What she offers now

Yoga, massage, and poetry, rooted in the same values.

  • Yoga teacher trainings, meditation, and mentorship through The Yoga Home
  • Massage therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, and mobile healing sessions
  • Poetry books that reflect healing, grief, love, sovereignty, and joy

Aly’s purpose

“I am here to empower people through health and wellness.”

Aly’s work brings together wellness and expression. She guides people toward a stronger voice, more confident teaching, and the courage to grow through practice, travel, self-love, and community.

The heart of the work is simple: help people feel more supported, more expressive, and more at home in themselves.
